individuals and businesses for close to 20 years. An Alabama native, and
Jacksonville, Florida resident, Backstrom is member of National Society of Black
Engineers, Black Professional Coaches Alliance, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, the
Jacksonville Urban League and the Pine Forest Elementary School of the Arts PTA.

Certified by the National Minority Supplier Development Council and the City of
Jacksonville, Backstrom's training and development company, BEE Ready was founded to
